The "Recorded At" column is showing numbers that are not dates or times. How do I fix this?
If you open your .csv and the "Recorded At" column is not displaying the date and time, please follow the steps below to fix this.
This example uses Microsoft Excel to view the .csv.
1. Open your .CSV

2. Highlight the 'Recorded At' Column

3. On the 'Home' tab, in the 'Number' group, click on the drop down menu and select 'Custom'

4. In the 'Format Cells' dialog box, in the 'Category' list, click on 'Date'

5. Under 'Type', scroll down and select your preferred date and time option

6. You will see that the column has been updated to display the date and time change
