What devices can I use? Can I use existing hardware?

You are encouraged to use existing hardware for SpeedyAudit. The system does not require dedicated devices. However, devices must be compatible with the specifications outlined below:

1. Mobile Devices

The following is an approved list of mobile devices compatible with SpeedyAudit:

1.1. Apple Devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod) running iOS 11 and above

Apple Devices (iPad, iPhone, iPod) running iOS 6 and above

1.2. Android Products (with access to Google Play Store) running Android 7 and above.

Note: some devices do not come pre-loaded with the Chrome browser. If this is your case, you will need to download it from Google Play Store.

Android Devices quad-core CPU or better running JellyBean 4.2.2 and above

2. Computers (only for SpeedyAudit PRO and SpeedyAudit LTC)

We recommend you access the online web portal through a standard consumer or business-level computer. This will allow you to analyze the data from all of your auditors, create, save and print reports.

 

Compatible browsers for viewing your reporting portal include:

  • Chrome 60 and above (recommended browser)
  • Internet Explorer (IE) 11 or newer (Edge 79 preferred)
  • Safari 10.1 and above
  • Firefox 63 and above

2.1. If your facility has been authorized to use SpeedyAudit on a computer browser

Compatible operating systems and browsers for SpeedyAudit Mobile include:

  • Windows 8 or newer, chrome 60 or newer
  • OS X Yosemite or newer, chrome 60 or newer
