How to set up your Audit Session Settings

*This article is relevant to SpeedyAudit Lite, SpeedyAudit PRO, SpeedyAudit LTC and SpeedyAudit PRO-DEMO users*

 

Overview

The Settings Menu allows you to configure the SpeedyAudit Mobile App. In the Settings Menu you will be able to switch from 4 to a 5 moments, or In/Out auditing, and from an Acute organization to an LTC organization.

Getting Started

Grab your device and go to the SpeedyAudit MAIN MENU.

The Settings Menu

The Settings Menu is where you select:

  1. The Moments of hand hygiene you want to audit: In/Out, 4 Moments or 5 Moments.
  2. Track Individuals: allows you to differentiate between individuals of the same profession during a single auditing session. For example, if you audit three physicians, you will be able to differentiate between the three of them by giving each an identifier - such as "Physician 1" or "Surgeon".
  3. Your organization type: select the appropriate facility type if you are auditing in an acute setting, or an LTC setting.
  4. The auditing interface: We recommend you start with the 'Single' auditing interface. When you are comfortable with this interface, you can move on to the 'Multiple' interface, which allows you to audit multiple people and multiple opportunities at the same time.
  5. Your language preference: English or French.

 

Note: after you make your changes, return to the Main Menu by tapping the HOME button at the top-left hand corner. Your changes will save automatically.
