How to download and read your data
*This article is relevant to SpeedyAudit Lite users*
Overview
After you have sent your data to your email inbox that contains your audit session data, you can download this data and view it. This data downloads as a CSV file, called the "SpeedyAudit.CSV".
The "SpeedyAudit.CSV" is the raw data for your report. It displays data on indication information; Hand hygiene compliance, duration, actions and technique; Personal Protective Equipment, Additional Precautions, and audit remarks. Each line in the CSV represents an indication (moment).
What is a .CSV? '.CSV' stands for comma separated value. Once you download this .CSV, you will be able to open the file in spread-sheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.

Each column will show you the following:
- A: Recorded at - when the observation was collected
- B: Location - where the audit took place
- C: HCP - stands for type of healthcare provider (HCP)
- D: Indication - is the indication (moment) recorded
- E: Hand Hygiene Compliance - represents the hand hygiene action
- F: Hand Hygiene Duration - Length (time in seconds) of the hand hygiene action (rub or wash)
- G: Gloves - COMPLIED = gloves complied; MISSED = gloves missed; N/A = gloves not applicable
- H: Gown - COMPLIED = gown complied; MISSED = gown missed; N/A = gown not applicable
- I: Goggles - COMPLIED = goggles complied; MISSED = goggles missed; N/A = not applicable
- J: Mask - COMPLIED = mask complied; MISSED = mask missed; N/A = mask not applicable
- K: Respirator - COMPLIED = respirator complied; MISSED = respirator missed; N/A = not applicable
- L: Contact precaution - YES = room under Contract Precautions; NO = room not under Contact Precautions
- M: Droplet precaution - YES = room under Droplet Precautions; NO = room not under Droplet Precautions
- N: Airborne precaution - YES = room under Airborne Precautions; NO = room not under Airborne Precautions
- O: Nails - Yes / No; defined by your organization
- P: Rings - Yes / No; defined by your organization
- Q: Bracelets - Yes / No; defined at your organization
- R: Comments - refers to remarks pertaining to the indication (moment); N/A = no comments entered
