IMPORTANT :: How do I update to the latest version of the SpeedyAudit Web app?
*This article is relevant to SpeedyAudit PRO, SpeedyAudit LTC and SpeedyAudit PRO-DEMO users*
Overview
It is important that your SpeedyAudit mobile app is up to date. You will need to update to the latest version of SpeedyAudit if you are using SpeedyAudit on a Web browser. With this update, your username from now on will be the email address you signed up to SpeedyAudit with.
Make sure you follow the steps in order. The first set of instructions are for users who saved the SpeedyAudit Mobile app to the homescreen. The second set of instructions, are for users who used the SpeedyAudit Mobile app on the Safari/Chrome browser
- You will need to update your device if you used the SpeedyAudit WEB APP app before July 16, 2015.
- If you used the SpeedyAudit app for the first time on your device after July 17, 2015, you do not need to update. The new updated Version number is Version 77.4, updated on 2015/08/28.

- Devices with SpeedyAudit app saved to home screen
- Devices with app in mobile Safari / Chrome
Getting Started
Grab your mobile device, and go to the SpeedyAudit Mobile app.
1. Apple (iPad, iPod, iPhone) and Android devices with the SpeedyAudit Mobile app saved to the home screen
1.1. Close your app.
For Apple users (Safari Browser)
Press the Home button 2 times quickly. You will see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe to find the app you want to close. Then, swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
For Android users (Chrome Browser)
Press the RECENTS button. You will see small previous of your recently used apps. Swipe to the left on the app's preview to close it.
1.2. Wait 10 seconds.
1.3. Open your app
1.4. Close it again - following the instructions above (Step 1.1)
1.5. Open your app again
1.6. When the app reopens, terms and conditions will be shown. Your SpeedyAudit Mobile app should now be updated. You will see "Version 77.4" in small letters at the bottom of the screen. Please read the terms, and if you agree with them, indicate you agree in order to continue.
2. iPhone/iPad/Android Devices with app in mobile Safari / Chrome
2.1. Reload or refresh the page
Apple users (Safari Browser)
Android users (Chrome Browser)
Tap on the HAMBURGER ICON (the three vertical dots or lines), then tap on the reload CURVED ARROW
Note:
- In some phones you can access the curved arrow directly.
2.2. Wait 10 seconds
2.3. Reload or refresh the page again
2.4. You will see a message saying "Welcome back". Tap on the NEXT ARROW button at the top right hand corner
